I am trying to figure out how human mind reacts to circumstances and how it interacts with environment.
Tell me about this film, initial idea and work process.
This film is a story about feelings and how they change when we are faced with limitations of any kind. I did performance on that subject and filmed it. It was an important experience for me because that was my first video.
Are you working on new projects at the moment?
Yes, I am working on new project right now. I really hope it will be better than the previous one. Honestly, I am trying my best. New film will also be a performance which I will record.. Hopefully, on the next festival we will talk more about this video...
Do you have specific influences in your film/video making?
My influence, in general, is Marina Abramovic. Her courage to use body like a medium to express herself was always fascinating to me.
Why is it important for you to show your film/video in a festival?
It's important because that is an opportunity to promote my video to a whole new audience.
What role do you think Oslo Screen Festival should have to promote your work?
Oslo Screen Festival will help me to promote my video to audiences in Norway. And I am very thankful for that.
