Tell me about this film, initial idea and work process.
Space Drawing No.5 was created in 2009 at tower Kronpriz in Kaliningrad, Russia. It was supported by the National Centre for Contemporary Art Russia (Kaliningrad). The tower is the construction site for the city’s new contemporary art centre. Through the simplest yet most fundamental function of a line – to divide, subtract and define a space, Space Drawing attempts to capture a moment of transitory energy.

Are you working on new projects at the moment?
I am working on Space Drawing No. 7 at an abandoned warehouse in Limerick (Ireland) as part of EV+A 2010.

Do you have specific influences in your film/video making?
No.

Why is it important for you to show your film/video in a festival?
To share my thoughts, my imagination with others.
